I am not mad at the pharmacist selling it...If he was given aid he's allowed to do whatevr with his package no? Its the agancy distributing it that messed up!
Neither do I blame the pharmacist. But how come the stuff end up in his hands in the first place. The rents from these (re-)sales are defintely ending up in the wrong pockets.
