RDB Quarterly Report

We have just released our fourth Quarterly Report at the RDB. Problems with Ebony continue, and a Ugandan partner is giving us another headache. The figure below shows our expected cash flow (columns) vs. actual cash flow (red line includes interest).  But we got our first full loan repayment, and with the economic recovery things could get back in order.
